An energising yet balanced Solar Flow practice inspired by Vyana Vayu, one of the five Prana Vayus in yogic philosophy. Vyana Vayu is associated with the circulation and distribution of energy throughout the body. Through mindful movement, breath awareness and flowing sequences, this practice invites you to cultivate strength, stability and spaciousness, encouraging energy to move freely throughout your entire being. A beautiful practice to awaken the body, connect with your breath and leave you feeling balanced, energised and renewed.

A gently energising practice with a more yang quality. We open through the chest and side body to create space, lift energy and invite a sense of expansion.

A slow-flow practice designed to bring you back into your body and connect with your breath, finding a dance between effort and ease. Expect lunges, twists and plenty of space through the hips.

A general Slow Flow practice suitable for beginners. Please note that there is minimal alignment instruction, so you are encouraged to move mindfully and at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

This gentle, floor-based practice was originally created for the Exmouth community following a deeply challenging time after Tropical Cyclone Narelle in March 2026. The practice offers a quiet, grounding space to support nervous system regulation through gentle movement, breath and rest. An invitation to slow down, reset, reconnect, and come back to yourself.
